Mike Geary Truth About Abs

I am down by 5 pounds in about 2 weeks into Mike Geary's Six Pack Abs Program, which I bought, yes, 2 weeks ago. And I think I can lose more belly fats if I just try to stick to the program closer. Anyway, it's really hard to believe I needed a book like this to get back my six pack abs.

I will try to post my photos next time once I get more fat loss results, hopefully by then, I will be able to show off any abs appearing, and not my bouncing belly!

Just 10 years ago, I was fit as a fiddle and a healthy 29 inch waistline

I could run 100m under 12 seconds, played soccer, baseball, badminton, and did everything just so that I could break a sweat.

Drop by a swimming pool, and those fellas, guys and girls, walking around with their skimpy wear, with so little fats, and I was thinking, MY GOD!

How am I supposed to walk around with my tummy bouncing around. Just imagine, the moment no one was looking, I quickly jump into the pool to avoid any stares.

Ok. I am being too self conscious. Nobody will really want to look at me but that was the problem! I wanted people to look at me too! And to feel the confidence of walking around without my shirt on. I wanted the feeling I had when I was in my 20s.

So the diet begins.. And what a terrible failure it turn out to be. Worst case scenario, I get fatter each time!

So the diet begins. I decided to do exercise everyday and just eat salad.

(But no matter how much I wanted to lose weight, weight loss pills was a definite "no")

1st attempt - Lasted 2 weeks - Lost 5 pounds and gain back 7 pounds after I gave up.

2nd attempt - Lasted 4 weeks - Lost 5 pounds and worst, gain back 10 pounds after I gave up.

3rd attempt - Lasted 3 month - Lost 15 pounds and gain back 15 pounds after I gave up.

Frustration!

I can tell you something after 3 failures. Each time I failed, it made me feel fatter than ever before.

Tummy was growing, pants size needed to be enlarge, and appetite keeps getting bigger. The only thing not growing bigger is my confidence.

It shrinks and shrinks until I feel so superbly unattractive.

Is it an eBook? I bought an eBook for like 40 dollars, and it told me everything I already know. Plus, the guy keeps sending me emails.

So, it was a waste of money. It basically said that you need to
1) diet
2) Work out.

It stressed that weight lifting was more important than cardio. It also gave some basic exercises like squats, etc. Nothing spectacular. No magic formula.  Don't waste your money.
